The Community Accelerator Program (CAP) is built in the belief that all scholars—students, early-career faculty, and senior researchers—are the foundation of the globally-relevant academic community. By prioritizing mutual exchange and shared leadership, CAP envisions a world where:

The Community Accelerator Program is all about shared ownership. The spirit of co-creation is possible because of our volunteers—AOM members who have stepped forward to mentor, plan sessions, provide workshops, and ensure the program reflects regional priorities and perspectives.
